Wedding Day Coordinating

For couples that have done all the pre- planning but want a professional to execute their wedding day, we offer a package that takes care of all your concerns. With a certified Wedding Planner on hand to take care of details, timelines and emergencies, you can relax and enjoy the most special and memorable day of your life.

The Package includes:

  • On site meeting the month of the wedding
  • Vendor Confirmation and coordination
  • Wedding Day Timeline
  • Rehearsal (week of wedding, up to 2 hours)
  • Wedding Day Director for Ceremony and Reception (up to 12 hours)

As President of Design2Decor, Meena oversees the design and coordination of events. With a background in textile design and weaving, Meena uses her eye for detail and keen sense of perfection to produce breathtaking event designs. Meena combines business acumen with her passion for decorative art and design to uphold and fulfill the mission of Design2Decor.

Paras Mehta

Creative Director

Paras is one of Canada's youngest up and coming event designers. As the creative force behind Design2Decor, Paras oversees the design of spectacular weddings and seamless corporate events. He combines his passion for design and events to create award winning event experiences. Paras has a background in interior design and is certified by the Canadian Institute of Floral Design and the Wedding Planners Institute of Canada. Paras has designed events for various foundations, financial institutions, hotels, and some of Canada’s most prestigious South Asian events.

Ashifa Jiwani

Event Manager

Ashifa Jiwani brings a cutting-edge attitude to the event planning industry. A graduate of the Event Management Program at Ryerson University and the Wedding Planners Institute of Canada, Ashifa has an extensive background in event management, customer service, sales and marketing. Her capacity to exceed expectations, her attention to detail and her hands-on approach drives her to make every event perfect and unique. As a successful event planner for the past 10 years, Ashifa has worked with corporate clients such as The Canadian Journalism Foundation, Best Buy Canada, Second Cup Coffee Co. and created fundraising events for Hospice Richmond Hill, The Rotary Club Centennial Celebration and Rick Hansen: Wheels in Motion.
